Check-in time: 4:00 pm - Check-out time: 11:00 am

Rates
Cleaning Fee $125 will be charged per Vista Hermosa booking. Rates are in Canadian Funds (CAD) and are subject to 5% GST Tax. A 5% non-refundable Processing Fee is applicable for all transactions. A 5% Pet Fee is required for each pet accompanying guests.

Reservations
A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. A 5% non-refundable Processing Fee will be added to the deposit. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically processed using the credit card on file. If you prefer to use a different card for final payment, or if current credit card expires before final payment due date, please contact us with your new information before the due date. In the event that a booking is made within 30 days of arrival 100% of the booking will be processed upon confirmation. All payments by Visa or Mastercard only. A Security Deposit of $300.00 will be pre-authorized a few days prior to the reservation date. Any damages(if applicable) will be reinbursed from the pre-authorized Safety Deposit.

Cancellations
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing to vacation@vistahermosa.ca. Deposits refunded for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance of scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days of scheduled arrival date, a refund of deposit is provided only when ALL secured dates are rebooked. Minimum 30 days notice is required for date or suite changes (based on availability). A $50.00 Cancellation Fee applies to ALL cancellations. A non-refundable 5% Processing Fee will be charged on ALL cancellations. Non-refundable deposits cannot be applied toward future bookings. No refunds will be given for early departures. Refunds are made to original credit card only.

Hot Tub
Vista Hermosa is equipped with a hot tub. At your accommodation you will find our Hot Tub Rules and Guide. You agree to read and abide by these rules provided at the accommodation. The hot tub is checked on your arrival day and your departure day, and it will be checked every 3rd day during your stay. If for any reason the hot tub is required to be drained during your stay or on your departure day due to mis-use, or whereby we feel the cleanliness of the hot tub is not up to standard for its next check-in, you will be charged $150.00 plus taxes to drain, clean and refill the hot tub. Further, you are financially responsible for ANY damage to the hot tub including repair and/or damaged or missing parts due to misuse as set out in the Hot Tub Rules and Guide.

Acceptance of Rental Terms
By proceeding with the rental of Vista Hermosa, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and accept our rental policies, that you agree to pay the accommodation costs and associated fees, and you agree to the limitation of Vista Hermosa liability.
